Meet the Owner

My name is Angela Robertson, M.Ed., BCBA, and I founded Lighthouse ABA Services, doing business as Adonai Behavioral Solutions, with a simple but powerful mission: to create an organization where children, families, and clinicians can thrive together.

Throughout my career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, I had the privilege of serving many incredible children and families. Along the way, I also witnessed challenges that are all too common within the industry—broken systems, unclear expectations, inconsistent staff training, and ethical practices that sometimes prioritized productivity over quality care. These issues not only created unnecessary stress for professionals but also affected the consistency and effectiveness of services provided to children and their families.

Rather than accepting those challenges as “just the way things are,” I felt called to build something different.

Lighthouse ABA Services was founded on the belief that exceptional clinical outcomes begin with ethical leadership, well-trained clinicians, clear communication, and systems that support both families and employees. When clinicians are equipped, supported, and valued, they are able to provide the highest quality care—and children benefit.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), my commitment is to provide evidence-based, compassionate, and individualized ABA services that honor the unique strengths of every child. I believe parents are essential members of the treatment team, and meaningful progress happens when families and clinicians work together with trust, transparency, and shared goals.

Beyond providing therapy, my vision is to develop an organization known for clinical excellence, integrity, professional development, and a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. I want our employees to feel supported, our families to feel heard, and our clients to experience life-changing progress.

My path began in childcare, sparking a lifelong passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With each role, from RBT to Clinical Manager, I embraced challenges and successes.
